Quick delivery and well packaged as described, unfortunately the one I received was faulty which I discovered when I installed and had to contact Drayton Technical Support, however they sent me a replacement quickly and the seller would have had no way to know this, as Drayton described it as a manufacturing issue. No complaints from me as it was a great price.

Very pleased with the service and price provided, my only small gripe would be that I would strongly advise sending parcels in a taped up bin bag, overlapping the box as the post lady left the cardboard box on my doorstep which consequently got saturated in the rain. Thankfully, no internal products were damaged. However, that was only due to me seeing the post lady leaving parcel so I could call and Neighbour to come, and collect. Otherwise, I’m sure the outcome would’ve been very different!
