    Italeri (AMT/ERTL/Mauve re-issue), P-40E/Kittyhawk Mk.II.

    Good overall detail of this kit which has been around since the late 1990’s in its original Mauve release. Italeri have released this kit with a very comprehensive decal sheet for several markings of both US and Commonwealth aircraft, so plenty of choice. Overall a very good kit, and due to the scarceness of the Hasegawa alternative, it offers a good value and easy to get hold of alternative.

    P-40 KIT

    Not a bad kit but a bit overpriced for what you get and the level of detail compared with some other manufacturers kits at the same price point. The kit went together reasonably well but needed quite a bit of filler too,
