    Excellent results a definite improvement to my flexibility & well being!

    Adds a sense of acheivement to ones daily regime without undue strain or stress. All in the confines of ones home. If the Gym,s not for you then I,m sure this is the answer!

    Pilates Body With Lynne Robinson is Excellent

    I bought this thinking 'oh no, not another', I've gone for Rosemary Conley in the past. Pilates is quiet, gentle and relaxing but at the same time stimulates the muscles, I have ached in the past I must confess. The menu is set in a total work out (I don't have the time for that) and 3 - 25 minutes, of which I love as I can alternate each day and have 1 day off to do nothing or do a cardivascular workout with my Rosemary. I like the way it lengthens you and that you have to zip the tummy up, all this kind of sets the posture correctly for day. Even my children want to do it, I guess because it appears easy. If you hate the jumpy jumpy workouts then this is for you and even if you do like the jumpy workouts then this is a bonus for you as it keeps you lengthened (jumpy ones don't do that).

    The Pilates Body - Pilates Way with Lynnne Robinson

    I like the way there are exercises for beginners and more experienced. The basics of pilates is shown in a separate section. The music is relaxing.
