Initially received the wrong item. Contacted the seller and was told my order was mixed up with another. Seller said she would correct issue and resend as soon as she received the item back from the other buyer. Seller also offered to add an extra item for my inconvenience. It took a while to receive my purchase (30+ days), but seller maintained communication throughout the process. Item was exactly as described and, overall, I am happy with the purchase.

The original cake plate was chipped prior to shipping it by the Seller but she took care of it by replacing the plate with another plate from England. Good communication.
