    Amazing

    This is amazing not just a gimmick...I have very thick curly hair and with normal GHD’s it takes me over 2 hours to straighten my hair. I can do it in less than an hour with these and then 10 minutes each morning thereafter I highly recommend

    It is ok, just ok. I would never spend the full amount on what it is worth. I have mega thick curly hair and I use it between washes to straighten after exercise.

    OK

    It crackles on being activated - probably a sign of age. It was described as having been used just a few times but I honestly don’t know whether they all crackle so I really can’t be sure whether that’s true. I use it 2 or 3 times a week and so far it has not stopped working despite taking longer to reach temperature than my GHD Rise (which I bought new and direct from GHD) so I’m hoping it will be ok.

    Better than straighteners

    Bought the GHD glide to try, as I have very thick curly hair. For my hair, it just works takes 10 minutes instead of an hour. Leaves my hair smooth but not frizzy. The glide operates at a lower temperature than straighteners. It's a great product. I have GHD straighteners as well but like the glide better.
