Really pleased with the blender, I've made some incredibly tasty things with it! It's a little noisy but I was aware of this before I purchased. I was happy to accept the levels when I saw the results!! Delivered next day, no original box but all the pieces were immaculate, only the jug looked like it had been used once or twice, the rest looked brand new.
