He let me know when the missing part was on the way and that arrived only one day late (a USPS misdirection). In the end, I got everything I should have and installed it easily. Good price, fair shipping, and helpful person.

After many messages back and forth, no resolution on getting all parts to make a complete kit. Did receive the bottom connecting parts. Was issued a partial refund, but I'm still out $85 and no working product. Added pictures of missing parts as listed on the installation diagram.
