Crocks . Wanted me to send old board to them witch was not mentioned and also were asking me to wait till they had received old one b4 sending new one out at a completely different price it was cheaper in a shop in London Hanger Lane . Eventually got a refund

This part is old type suprima pcb. The local PCB repair fee for this is £70, but we provide £58 repair service to our customers via ebay. A very reasonable price. Whatever you want from us, we have worked for you. We also refunded your money. We had a hard time understanding what the problem really was.
