    Dress is clearly not new. Tag was attached by a plastic string-not original one. Dress was altered-sewn sloppily. There are some snatches also. Dishonest seller!

    I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your purchase. The dress was accurately listed as new with tags, and I included multiple clear photos of the exact tag that was attached to the item. If you were expecting a different tag, I encourage reviewing all photos prior to purchase. I also offered a return, which you declined. Instead, I provided large refund. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation respectfully, I received a negative review, which I feel is unfair.
