    I'm not sending a hollow, normal message for this seller. I think this is the best seller I've had in my many years on this app. What was the difference-maker? Communication. I bought a shirt right before Christmas, and my package was stuck in a limbo for many days while the seller was out of town, but every few days I'd get an update on things, even if there was no update.
