First off, seller has been polite and understanding in the conversation I had with them. props for that, and honestly good service
Packaged arrived quickly and before the estimated date and all together good condition.
So, I made a mistake at first and said I received the wrong size of pillow, I was mistaken and too hasty in the review. but seller was kind enough to let me revise it and so here I am.

I ordered a reborn because that is what it said when I received it it wasn't in a box just put in a bag then when I opened it the legs were broken off and wasn't a reborn just a normal doll then I sent it back because it was not what it was described and broken got my £63.71 back but had to pay £27.40 to send it back so didn't get my full refund I would never buy from these again and if I was u don't buy anything from these they are cons
