BEWARE - This seller listed a set of 6 glass tumblers but only sent out 1. When I got in touch they laughed and lied about the original listing, although I have screenshots of it and it looks like other buyers fell for the same scam. Will be taking it to eBay.

Very disappointed in the vitriol from this buyer. He decided to complain some weeks after receiving his item, he expected 6 glasses when the box it was sent in was very small and could only contain one. I agree we could have been clearer with our auction site but it wasn't a deliberate attempt to mislead but a rookie mistake by a family member that wasn't an experienced ebayer. Would have gladly refunded if this buyer had been honest, come forward sooner and been more pleasant in his comms.

Thought from the information and photos that I was buying 6 glasses. Turns out it was only 1 for £8 - bit rich for a single glass + £3.50 pp.
Was advised I could return for a refund but even more hassle. Will avoid this seller in future

Again, our apologies for the rookie mistake from a family member that didn't make the auction site clear enough for some buyers. A refund was offered to this buyer but was declined. Unfortunately this wasn't enough to stop her giving us our first ever negative feedback after 15+ years of selling on Ebay. Very upsetting to receive despite the courteous comms throughout.
