We had a slight problem with our order, but this was quickly rectified and I would have no problem dealing with this company again. The bed was very well packaged when it arrived. It was simple to assemble – I did it by myself & my daughter is really pleased with it. If anything I would say the curves on the headboard were a bit angular at the sides unlike the picture. Thanks
