He was spotted by a passer-by, taking a photo of my parcel at my unopened front door, then walking off WITH the item, claiming he had delivered it. After complaining to the delivery company, it was sneakily delivered late the following day. This is in no way the fault of the seller, who was working hard to fix the issue. I won’t name the courier, who sound like a yell on a Swiss mountain
