With limited information (no image, track listing etc) posted about a hard to find CD, I contacted the seller prior to ordering to confirm it was, in fact, the item I wanted but they were unable, due to the volume of stock handled by them so I took a chance but ended up receiving a DVD which didn't even have a similar title. A prompt response to my complaint was received and a refund given but it didn't detract from the disappointment of not getting what I thought I was going to get.
