I received 2 text messages to let me know when and what time my bed was arriving. I'm Disabled and the delivery driver brought my bed straight in to my room for me. The Two delivery men were absolutely lovely and came within 5 minutes of their estimated arrival when they rang an hour before delivery. Initially my communications and their responses were good, however there was a serious deterioration in responses and answers which was a great shame. Possibly short staffed?
