I have yet to receive this item, so I contacted the seller to inquire about the status of my order. The seller's response was far from satisfactory. I was advised to check with my post office, which I promptly did. The post office confirmed that they had no record of receiving my item. It became evident that there was an issue with the delivery.The seller delayed my demand to issue a refund or even offer a resolution ! Extremely disappointed and lost my trust in Ebay service !
