The DVD was simple to replace, but get a tri-wing bit if you don't already have one (I was able to remove a couple of the tri-wing screws without it, but a couple were too hard to remove without the proper bit). The drive was slightly different from the original in my unit, but the cable connectors, screw positions, and function were identical. So happy my WII is working again.
