I contacted seller several times to ask for some sort of compensation, they ignored me!?They sent this antique wrapped in cellotape.This damaged the imagery of the powder & removed paper off the box. I don’t understand why a antique seller would damage item & not be more careful.I paid a lot for this! As I have been looking for it for years!I will include 3 images.A image taken by seller.How it arrived & what it looked like after I removed the tape (which removed paper/paint!)

I've been selling antiques for many years and never had a problem. I would never, ever risk my reputation sending a ruined item. The powder box you showed in the pictures is not the one I sent. Mine was somewhat distressed, as I clearly pointed out and showed, due to age and use. But not in a million years would I wrap it in cellotape. I insist, that is not the box I sent.
