ONLY issue is they put the old lens directly next to the new lens, glad it wasn't scratched. It will not cost anything to put the old lens in a bag, wrapped in paper. Asked for a discount and got a RUDE response. No issues with the lens otherwise

Asked for a discount on a lens service that costs £25.00 for 1.6 High Index lenses, did not receive a rude response, we have sent back numerous pairs of old lenses with the glasses in the same frame bag and not once has there been an issue. No gratitude at all of the value of service received for what was paid.

The first time that I have used this re-glazing service. The communication is very good - the Optical lab acknowledge receipt of my glasses and again informed when they were dispatched. The turnaround was fast and they have done an excellent job in replacing the lenses, at a very reasonable. cost. I shall certainly be using this service again.
