These work really well and get rid of indigestion and reflux fast. They work for a lot longer than 24 hours, as I have found I can take just one tablet and I am o.k. for a few days. They are quite expensive to buy in the shops but I bought mine at a good price. I was taking Ranitidine before they were recalled but find Nexium even better and would recommend them to anyone who suffers with acid reflux, as I do.

I only take it for a week at a time, and reevaluate what has started the condition, and adjust my diet to avoid those foods. Used to take antacids but they have constipating effect if used too often.
