My Simba Hybrid pillows have nano cubes memory foam filling but have become 'softer' over time so I looked for firmer pillows. I noticed these Refurbed and read the explanation as hygeine is paramount. The discounts offered and codes meant I bought two. I received them quickly. I was a little concerned as to what I had bought but my concerns were quickly dismissed as they are as new.

Very good helpline support as first pillows arrived without zip pulls and replacement pillow zip wouldn't open. 3rd time lucky and pillow was fine and is very comfortable. I appreciated thevsditional refund sentvto me. The Quality control of refurbished pillows needs to be as good as the helpline team!

Great firm pillow.
I wanted a firm pillow but obviously there is a lot of choice out there and none of us particularly want the hassle of returning something which isn't quite right...the Simba Firm pillow is fully customisable and in fact was ideal from the beginning. Knowing that I could adjust it but adding/ removing layers easily was very reassuring. The item that I bought was refurbished but indistinguishable from a brand new pillow.
