I left instructions as to how I wanted my cup engraved, no engraving on the cup, the cup arrived with the insulated portion not secured to the frame of the cup. In my opinion this was very shoddy work I also noted that no returns were accepted , after seeing the results of their lack of workmanship and the price charged, I will have no problems giving a bad review

The stainless steel inner liner and resin cup body of this cup are bonded together through glue. We apologize that there may have been too little glue applied, which has caused separation. You can use AB glue to bond it. The process is very simple, and we can pay for the glue for you.
