Good item. I bought three different items that could have been shipped together but were shipped separately. Why give money to the shipping companies when your customers could use it? Asked about the boot chips and was blown off. Item good, and I am not one to complain but this was a lacklustre service compared to other 1000+ eBay experiences. Would buy from again but would buy from other sellers offering the same item first. Disappointed with seller's lack of care or service to be honest.

I called a couple times to address the issue. The staff was nice however the owner never called me back. I had to purchase a BIOS chip separately from another seller.
