The item itself is new and good value. The photos showed me what the contents are and the description stated it was in its original retail packaging etc. The razor that was delivered was not in its original retail packaging and was loose within the delivery bag.
This prevented it being presented as part of a Birthday gift.
I have advised the seller who seems to have difficulty understanding my issue.
