Arrived damaged (zip & belt detail all round) contacted seller as it wasn’t listed with imperfections. Was told to send it back but by now daughter had her heart set on it for upcoming prom so I was upset that this had not been mentioned by the seller, I asked for them to do the right thing & partially refund some to cover the repair costs as daughter wants to keep the dress & got ignored!! All items should have damage listed in the sale AND checked before being sent out. Disappointing
