Terms and conditions of the sale
All products and services provided on our eBay store remain the sole property of Northwood Computer Services Ltd (Referred to as NCS from hereon) until paid for in full.
 
Items listed on the NCS eBay store are precisely described and contain no additional parts above and beyond what is stated, this includes consumables such as toners, drums, inks, photoconductors and printheads, it also includes power cables and power supplies. Most items include a power cable and consumables of the correct kind however please be sure to check the individual item description thoroughly.
 
All new and boxed items will be checked to ensure their integrity and will contain all parts issued as standard and be in brand new condition unless stated otherwise in the listing.
 
In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your product, we offer a 14 calendar day return policy on all products. Any items returned within this 14 day window must be returned at the buyers expense. Any New items must be returned in the original box, unused and still sealed.
 
In instances where an item is returned, we will offer an exchange unit if one is available in stock or a full refund where no exchange is available.
 
If an item is ordered in error we are able to cancel the order and offer a refund until the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped an order can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a restock fee to cover our costs (20% of the total order value including delivery).
 
In addition to the 14 day returns policy, all products are supplied with a 90 day Return To Base warranty. This warranty covers machine failure through electrical or mechanical fault, it does not cover expiration of consumable items or damage through misuse/neglect. Any items returned under the warranty policy must be returned at the buyers expense. Once a faulty machine is returned and meets the criteria above we will repair and return it at our expense. If the machine is beyond repair we will replace it with an exchange unit. If no exchange unit is available we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. The 14 day return period is included within the 90 day warranty period and IS NOT in addition to it.
 
If an item is damaged in transit it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt (Excluding Saturday 00:01 until Sunday 23:59). We will then collect the unit, repair and return it at our expense. If an item is damaged in transit and this isn't reported within the first 48 hours, the product must be returned to us at the buyer's expense.
 
Any items that need to be returned by the buyer must be packed safely and securely, any damage to a returned item previously unreported by the buyer will be repaired and charged at cost.
 
Receipt of Negative or Neutral feedback will automatically void the returns policy and warranty on your product. If you have a problem please let us know, we are reasonable people and will deal with any issues as best we can.
 
Use of non-genuine toners, inks or parts in products supplied by NCS Ltd will cause an automatic warranty void.
 
We endeavor to supply our products in a fully working condition, but we are not responsible for connecting or configuring our items for the purchasers system environment. All connectivity or configuration issues remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
Please remember we sell all of these printers through other means, so we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices depending on stock levels and demand as well as end any listings that have sold elsewhere. Please also remember that these prices are specific to our eBay customers.

I ve revised this feedback to positive. The issue was dealt with properly and with excellent customer service. The problem was caused during transit and the replacement was send out in fast time, I can honestly say this is a top quality company doing a brilliant job, 5 stars out of 5 from me, thank you and I would certainly shop with you again in the future.

After leaving my negative feedback I was contacted by Northwood Computer Services, they said they were sure the item left them in good working order and may have been damaged in transit causing the poor quality printouts, they were extremely helpful and once I'd set them a photo of the print quality, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be send to me, the replacements works absolutely fine, I can only say now what a great company with excellent customer services, 5 stars out of 5 !!

Item is good as new tbh. Did have minor delivery issue (not seller s fault, but the courier s). This was quickly rectified by the seller however. Thereafter, fast to respond to some queries I had around connecting the printer to my network. Responsive and positive at all times. Never needed to wait more than a few hours for email response to some questions I had around printer functionality. Clearly very centred around customer satisfaction - take great care in ensuring the item met my needs.

    You need the patience of Job to make this work.

    It does what it claims to do. It prints and copies A3. However it is hard work. Quite often I have to cancel the printing, switch off, disconnect from the mains and start again. Even when it is working well I can wait five minutes before it prints something. By default it prints A4 and if I want A3 I have to tell it A3 twice or three times in different places. I have tried but never succeeded in printing an A3 pdf. Sometimes there are ink blotches like the ones I used to do at primary school. You do not have to buy expensive Brother inks, cheaper equivalents are available on the internet. One of the reasons for choosing Brother is because printer drivers are available for Linux operating systems. Installing the driver was very difficult but that is a Linux fault. The Windows 10 ...

    BROTHER MFC-J6920DW. Good value now superseded. Bulky.

    Collection in person no problems and in original box. I find models MFC-J6920DW and MFC-J6520DW the best printers for my purposes, BUT you do have to know the models' quirks. From time to time both of these printers refuse to turn on. Solution is to unplug,wait a couple of minutes, then follow the tip to overcome the problem which can easily be found on Youtube, so I will not explain at length here. Suffice to say, in most cases the tip works, though occasionally needs repeating before the printer switches on. Printing is good, with useful facility to set machine for automatic two-sided printing, saving paper. Can be set to fast print. Copying is fairly good, but rather slow. Scanning is fine. There are many cheap versions of the ink cartridges available, some good. Setup is fairly easy ...

    A big disappointment

    My best printer is an HP8620. However, as that is only A4 I looked for an A3 which claimed to be fast and bought this one. It is not fast, Comparing A4 double sided at good quality the HP is twice as fast. The A3 print speed is unacceptable. But the worst thing is print quality. With my HP I am used to vivid colour prints. With this printer, even on vivid, the prints are a washout. Before you ask I am using brother original inks. Sorry, but I think I wasted my money.
