But that all changes in Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli, where players can strap on the five-point harness and speed around 16 tracks modeled after real courses on the official European and North American Ferrari Challenge series. More than 50 Ferraris are available for use, from upgraded Challenge vehicles such as the 355, the FXX, and the 430 Challenge, to production versions of the 588 and 575, to classics such as the 250 GTO and the 275LM; all designed using real photographic scans and original blueprints supplied by the manufacturer.<br><br>Game modes include a reproduction of the real-life Challenge series, Arcade mode, Quick Race, Time Trial, Ferrari Collector Card Battle, and online races for up to 16 players. Developer Eutechnyx has imbued the game with a number or graphical flourishes as well, from a damage system that features scratches, dents, and fully detachable parts, to complete engine and cockpit modeling with accurate and functional dashboard gauges, to environmental effects such as smoke, dust, water sprays, and dynamic lighting. Creative players can also design custom logos, graphics, and text for their vehicles, and the developer promises regular updates featuring new downloadable vehicles, courses, and uniform designs.

I use a shipping rate for Canada which is the same price no matter which game you buy. The Nintendo DS game that you bought happens to be extremely light.For 95%+ of the games, the shipping price makes sense.However, some games are heavier and some games are lighter than the average - so there is an aspect of fluctuation that I account for. But you're right about the total price, that's what matters, I also currently have "Best Offer" on - so you can always make an offer to get a better price.

Good game.
This is a good game. But it is so hard to play. It is almost impossible to race and not crash into walls. If you like Ferrari and want to master the game go for it. If you are the person who wants to relax and have an easy race without too much problems forget it. The graphic are good. I don't think this game is for everyone, it is a bit to hard to play. Anyway for the price( $10 or less) you can not go wrong.This is a good game. But it is so hard to play. It is almost impossible to race and not crash into walls. Good, but doesn't match up to Gran Tourismo PS3 variety
You really have to be a Ferrari nut to want this game. The Ferrari cars handle almost exactly the same as in Gran Tourismo - slippery and skidish. Sure, this game is more in depth and has more features and tracks, but Ferrari cars handle like your driving on ice - in BOTH games. At least in Gran Tourismo, you can drive many other cars so you can find a car that suits your driving style. If you love Ferarri, sure, get the FC game. If you want to drive a variety of cars, get Gran Tourismo. (I've driven some of the GT cars in real life and the GT game is very, very similar to the way cars really handle.)You really have to be a Ferrari nut to want this game. This is one of the BEST! car/driver graphics i have played. What a great item to get for your thrill of racing,all in one package.People who buy this will be more than happy and with the verity of course and car styles,a player/or group can race with the feeling that you have a 500grand car at your fingertips, without the cost and insurance bill when you crash and with all the power,you will crash. I first thought maybe just another car game,BUT NO!!! WRONG!, it is a super fine,detailed to the finest quality in design of all aspects,for the end user to enjoy a real driver feeling. I even got dizzy with the above car view. Just strap yourself into the seat, setup a base home theater system with the couch butt rumbler speakers and your going to have it all, for a ride of your life. Thanks a ... A GT fan was let down!
I am a huge GT (Gran Turismo) fan. I have seen in reviews of this game, it is very similar to GT. It's not even close! The graphics are ok, but the handling of the cars is absolute trash! They won't steer, they don't accelerate in a straight line, they don't decelerate in a straight line either. I read some really positive reviews about this game and all I can say is, either they know something I don't about this game, or they have never played a decent racing game. I only bought this POS to hold me over for GT5, but this game is about to be sold as quickly as possible! The game-play: The first thing you have to do is practice on Ferrari's test track with an impatient male voice barking orders at you of when to brake (even though you are full on the ... You cannot change the vehicle or the appearance of the car. So you are stuck with this clown-car painted 430, that is weak, racing against 15 other identical cars! The first track you HAVE (no choice) to race on has 12 LAPS!!!! Not 2 or 3 but 12! Hell, just to qualify you have to race 4 laps! This is ridiculous! I was really hoping for alot more! But I guess that's the reason why nobody has even heard of this game! It sucks... This would have received a one star rating from me, but the graphics are pretty good. Save your money and wait for anything better!
