When we ordered the containers of lawnmower fuel, we did not realise that the order had to be COLLECTED. We live over 200 miles away from the company, and assumed the cost of the fuel INCLUDED delivery. We apologised and explained this to the company and asked for a full refund. They subsequently said a refund had been actioned six days ago, but no money has yet to be repaid to us. We are still waiting.
