Only 2 major concerns with this radiator on G30 540i 2017, the passenger side rubber mount sat to close to the radiator hose the gets connected to the radiator in front. One other issue the plastic brackets do not line up correctly had to modify the brackets to fit. Other then that, quality product keeps the car from ever failing on the end tanks cracking. If those issues were fixed then its a grade A product in my eyes.

Please be aware this radiator it’s not a perfect fit a 2016 740i It’s much thicker it requires you to cut the bottom bracket because it won’t fit and you have to drill a new screw hole at the bottom, also have to shave the side supports because these are also small for this radiator Besides that it’s working just fine

Thank you so much for your good feedback, In fact we make this radiator with 32mm thick core normally, which fits well. The radiator you receive we made it with 40mm thick core, just want to bring better cooling, but caused slight modification, thank you again for your understanding and hands-on ability !
