Item is listed as new but came wrapped in bubble wrap, heavily wrapped, safe and secure I should add, but no box, also one of the metal sides is raised up and not fully secured down which suggests its been opened and is refurbished or is brand new but was returned to seller because of that defect, it works fine so far also didn't come with the power cord which is important to mention in the listing but isn't.. Minus 1 star for each issue.
