    Packaging not well thought through

    By far the worse DIY I've ever had to put together. All nuts and bolt chucked in one bag without labelling thereby making it difficult to identify. Took 3 adults about 5hrs to put together still the whole structure not very solid. It looks beautiful but not value for money.

    cheap rubbish and very poor quality.

    I wish I would have paid a bit more and bought a better quality item, as this is absolutely rubbish and not fit for purpose. The instructions were appalling and lacked any clarity or real instruction. The bolts provided are made of very low quality metal, such that they wear out before being screwed in and therefore will require cutting off when dismantled. Upon being assembled, the whole frame is wobbly and I am not at all convinced that it is safe for a child to use. Very Very disappointed around.

    Missing parts

    Ordered this in April and once it was delivered started to assemble where I ran into problems with missing screws I contacted them about it and was advised they would contact the manufacturer but not still heard back I messaged again to find out why it’s taking so long and not had a reply this was a birthday present for my son and he can’t even use it over a month later
