The cost of 3 bulbs was around 52 GBP. In the customs declaration on the package, the seller mentioned 62.28 GBP. Any value above 75 USD (= around 60 GBP) requires paying additional local tax. Due to the higher wrong value stated, I had to pay an additional lical tax of 10.5 GBP (instead of zero) to get the package. In addition the bulbs were poorly packed. The seller is not responsive.

Superb. Versatile Quick and Easy to use.
Automatic in or out of circuit capacitor tester that functions brilliantly. It's mainly for testing 'lytics, giving an accurate response very quickly. Low/High ESR, short/open circuit and capacitance value if out of circuit. Only one minor gripe. The croc clip leads could do with being 2mm or 4mm banana sockets. Great instrument!
Perfect for capacitors ESR measurements. Compared with older (ESR60) has wider range (40 ohm) and sound (beep...). I wish if was built with other battery model. Use a 12V , A23 low capacity battery - garage remote control type. Keep always one spare battery with you.
