Unfortunately the Christmas tree was wider than anticipated as it was advertised as slim line. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it which they said I could although postage had to be paid by myself. The parcel was despatched back but it took longer to deliver to the address that had been supplied but arrived safely on the Friday before Christmas. Therefore my refund took slightly longer due to the holidays. However the overall service was satisfactory.

The kettle looks Perfect, and MUCH better than the images attached. Very Fast despatch and delivered on time. The seller communication, updating progress & services all are excellent. ONLY one issue it did not mentioned in description that the kettle is not insulated. The body & the lid both are VERY HOT so be aware when use it. Hopeful the seller amend this point. Over all, I believe the seller deserve 5 stars. Thank you
