Item received on time BUT plastic spool was broken into small bits in 2 places. The box that it was contained in was NOT damaged so it must have been sent in this broken state. Once the filament gets unwound and caught up on anything you may as well give as the filament needs to run free and it gets jammed up. To try and fix I glued some cardboard to the spool, whether its works we will see. To much cost and trouble to send back.
