En este caso ya tengo el N° de guía de la oficina de correos pero no he recibido el paquete estoy haciendo presión en mi oficina local para que pueda recogerlo. El sistema de envío postal no es tan eficiente ya anteriormente se perdió un paquete de Inglaterra pero el proveedor nunca me dio la guía de correos y me negaron el reembolso.
