Fraudulent Seller. Seller accepted transaction, was paid by Amex, now says she no longer has item. Covered her tracks be sending me an email asking how I wanted item shipped or cancelled. seller has been a member since 2016, and knows once an item is confirmed it is automatically shipped. Offered me an unacceptable substitution after being fully paid. BUYERS BEWARE

Unfortunately this dress was out of stock, but I failed to end the listing on eBay. I immediately notified the customer and sent her a link to the same designer and same style dress - in the same color - and asked if she'd be interested in that one instead or shall I cancel the order. By no way is this fraudulent or dishonest. It's a simple mistake on my part that I tried to make right. Buyer sent a hostile, threatening message to me and I cancelled her order and wished her the best of luck.
