They did not attempt delivery by the time advised, as a result I missed subsequent delivery attempts, due to having to work, with no way to communicate with them to advise when would be a good time to deliver, or to get the driver to contact me when on the way so I could pop home from work. Really bad experience with delivery company.

I chose option 2 and a full set of fixings arrived a couple of days later. This company is reliable and has trustworthy.
