The cost of 3 bulbs was around 52 GBP. In the customs declaration on the package, the seller mentioned 62.28 GBP. Any value above 75 USD (= around 60 GBP) requires paying additional local tax. Due to the higher wrong value stated, I had to pay an additional lical tax of 10.5 GBP (instead of zero) to get the package. In addition the bulbs were poorly packed. The seller is not responsive.

It’s working
It has a different shape than my original (also by powerconnections), which broke, but after so many years maybe they simply changed the design. It requires assembing, what my partner did as although there is instruction sheet, I wouldn’t know where to start. It was quite a struggle to push the 2pin plug inside, but with lots of force I managed to do it at the end. What’s the most important, once it’s put together, it works fine. I chose this product as I trust it is original powerconnetions and the price is fair. Flimsy, wouldn't like to use it regularly.
Is not made in China, hence why I bought it. But it's flimsy and not suitable for regular use. There are far better ones available from UK trade electrical suppliers but for postage you generally have to spend quite a lot, hence I bought this one.

Flatpack kit saves on packaging
It tickled me as it came as a kit you have to assemble, which I approve of, as it used less packaging than if it came assembled. Once together, it was rigid and solid, and it is doing the job it is meant to do, so I applaud the design concept.
