So all together I ended up paying over £10 postage costs to buy 600 grams of yarn. The seller would not listen to my request to reconsider the postage so I will definitely not buy from her again

The seller marked as dispatched on the 15th july. The item was never posted! The tracking number was invalid. The seller would not reply to any messages I sent querying delivery time and the tracking number. On the 23rd I suddenly got a refund. The item I purchased is still for sale. Terrible service. I would never buy from this seller again. Tied up my money for nearly two weeks.
