I powered down, installed the card, replaced my SATA cables to my 6 drives with the SAS to SATA cables provided, powered back on and it's as if nothing changed - except now I can go and buy a bunch of extra drives to add to my system.

    Just Worked!!!

    Simple physical install in to Unraid server. The long cable made routing and management a breeze. I moved one of the existing drives over to the card, and presto it all just worked, no additional configuration required.

    Great SAS HBA for use with UnRaid :-) I had a little bit of trouble getting my system to discover it due to a BIOS setting initially (not the cards fault) but once I figured it out it's been perfect! If you're using a lower end motherboard, make sure you check your BIOS doesn't limit the amount of PCIE lanes usable due to M2 cards and graphic cards (mine does lol) otherwise you'll have to reconfigure the system a little :-) Thanks for a solid SAS card that was perfectly configured!
