£255 royal doulton figurine was send to me with big chip . I had to ask for refund otherwise God knows when I would get it.... Seller is hard to communicate. Ofcourse not even simple apology. Not nice experience at all . Now I have to wait for refund .

Absolute NONSENSE, item was damaged in transit, accepted return immediately and refunded as soon as item returned, 3300 positive feedback then i sell to this clown!!!
