- 6***_ (11)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI had ordered this item on the 18th and I had been sent an email saying that my delivery would estimated be delivered between the 21st July to the 22nd July and I’ve spent two days off work and no delivery but got a email off of some company saying that they have my parcel and they won’t be delivering it for another 48 hours I’m very disappointed and pi@@ed off that I’ve lost two days worth wages also to mention that I only placed this order for the quick delivery timing would not recommend

See photo of the response I got when questions where they are. £200 quid yet a car engine got deliver quicker and easier. Con men with coming customer service skills. Today I’ve had enough. Be requesting my cash back. All this seller tells u is don’t open a case wait till the case date ends. Defo a scam. Spoken to evri. They don’t deliver parcels over 10kg. Two wardrobes weight more than that each. Robber.

I do have to say though that the choice of delivery company should maybe be reconsidered. They did not attempt delivery by the time advised, as a result I missed subsequent delivery attempts, due to having to work, with no way to communicate with them to advise when would be a good time to deliver, or to get the driver to contact me when on the way so I could pop home from work. Really bad experience with delivery company.
