The trousers were not red as advertised. They were orange. The seller refused to consider a refund. My experience was very disappointing. A genuine and caring seller should consider that complaint where there is a respectful issue.
I will not recommend this seller.

A low offer for Moschino trousers often sold for £400 was accepted.Eight photographs shown with the advert properly reflected the trousers colour.Moschino, describe them as red , their orange clothes are different. Ebay said buyer in wrong. I messaged the buyer.No reply from the buyer only this feedback 18 days later.After 10 years 100% feedback, its demoralising to receive this designed to damage response.With enough trouble in the world already I hope the buyer will reconsider their comments

My complaint was and remains genuine as the trousers were not the advertised colour.
The trousers were advertised as red and they are orange!
I remain surprised that the seller wishes to dispute my comment and thus sully his/her reputation. I made an honest comment.
I am a person of integrity who would never make a negative comment unless it is warranted.
