Arrived very quickly, next day - as the surface pro is refurbished it obviously has small signs of use but works perfectly and the screen was flawless. Only issue I had was the pen had no battery and it requires 1 AAAA (that's 4 As!) to work. These are hard to find in the shops so order some as the same time as your pro if you wanted a pen! Once I got a battery it all works perfectly and for a brilliant price. Very happy!

Luckily I make videos of the unboxing just in case I need.
