Not much to be said that hasn't already been said about turmeric, but this brand is as good as they come. Only buy organic (my motto). I now see why the tablet box is shaped as it is - goes easily through the letter box if no one is at home!

Worth every penny to alleviate the pain I was in.
I bought this for a very painful condition I have called Trigeminal Neuralgia. I was recommended these by my partner's sister. The medication the doctor provided was useless. They were for epileptics, but I'm not epileptic. These Turmeric Ginger and black pepper capsules are absolutely brilliant. I don't know how they work but after taking two of these a day for the past two weeks, my pain has virtually gone. I still get the odd spasm but I can deal with that. Trigeminal Neuralgia is like having a sharp knife in the side of your head. Think of a toothache and multiply that pain by ten. If anyone suffers from this condition, give these a try. They might not work for everyone but they do for me. Grate product
I have been taking these to relieve inflamation and stiffness in my joints caused by arthritis. I can't believe the difference the capsules have made. A few months ago I had great difficulty bending and moving. I have been given a new lease of life. I can now go about my day to day life with freedom of movement. I'm certainly not cured but much better. Wouldo highly recomend.
