This seller was amazing. Polite, friendly, amazing service. I ordered a teapot and teacup that cost a good chunk of money. The teacup was mishandled by FedEx and broke shattered in transit. I sent the seller pictures, politely apologized for the inconvenience to them as well, and they immediately sent me a replacement, well packed, safe and sound.
