Bonjour, pour ce qui est du prix désolé ca n'était pas négociable, je ne suis pas dans l'obligation de baisser le prix quand on me le demande, l'emballage "incertain" a servi des centaines de fois pour des kit mémoire, sans jamais poser problème, certes il est peu esthétique mais efficace, pour ce qui est du code promo bidon, c'est eBay qui le met en avant pour le reconditionné, j'ignore pour quelle raison il n'a pas fonctionné, et je n'ai aucun pouvoir la dessus. cordialement

Attention l’annonce est trompeuse ! Proposer a 4,20 c’est en fait un 3,6 que j’ai reçu. L’acheteur est cordial et disponible mais annoncer la fréquence en turbo boost comme celle de référence est a la limite de la tromperie … l’envoie a été fais dans une enveloppe papier bulle.

ce genre d'évaluation n'est jamais agréable, j'essaie d'offrir la meilleure expérience possible au client, guider, aider, et certainement pas tromper, je me suis excusé car si cela vous a induit en erreur, ca n'est pas voulu, il y a la photo du processeur avec les caractéristiques dessus.. et également le descriptif de l'annonce. je vous ai proposé le retour afin justement d'éviter cette situation, mais le plus dur a encaisser pour moi est de voir mon intégrité remise en doute. cordialement
