It was fairly easy to set up (would recommend having 2 people to help make the set-up easier) Arrived 2 days after we order the bed! We purchased the bed without the mattresses and the price justifies the product you are receiving. Would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a new bed

The Two delivery men were absolutely lovely and came within 5 minutes of their estimated arrival when they rang an hour before delivery. Initially my communications and their responses were good, however there was a serious deterioration in responses and answers which was a great shame. Possibly short staffed? The bed itself is fabulous quality, solid and well made. Looks much more expensive than it cost and well worth the money paid. I am more than happy to recommend to friends and family.
