To clarify, the incorrect item was a result of manufacturer error mislabeling a visually identical product. We always thoroughly inspect our items prior to listing and ensure that the item we send is the item represented in the listing to the best of our ability. This was an incredibly rare instance and we will always make it right for the customer.
